Nantucket

Nantucket New England was launching in the UK, designing and building very upmarket, totally bespoke New England style homes. But the company had no track record here, no properties built, nothing to photograph and no happy owners to interview yet. But, it was a great story. The entrepreneurial owner had survived 9/11, and moved to the UK with a vision of bucking the trend of ubiquitous ‘anytown’ design in collaboration with an award-winning US architect.

Implementation & results

The View set about developing an integrated marketing and PR campaign. We provided strategic communications planning and then executed a campaign that included above-the-line advertising and advertorials in select property media. It also extended to below-the-line media relations targeted at national, regional and property press. Coverage included a large spread in The Sunday Times identifying New England style as a burgeoning trend amongst stylish and individual homeowners.
